Langkawi Trip - 2nd Day

The 2nd day started with breakfast at the worst Mamak shop i ever been. The Mamak's curry taste and smells weird, maggi goreng that were cooked at India and courier to my table and everything is 15-20% more expensive then normal.

But we were too hungry to give a damn, so we just gonna get our stomach filled and continue to have fun.

Everyone still manage to keep the spirit up although the food sucks.

I ordered fried rice with pork, but the mamak say we HALAL, so i ended up drinking ice water.

After breakfast, we went to visit the famous cable car ride and Langkawi Hanging bridge located at Oriental Village.

But on the way there, i saw the most beautiful Petronas Station in the world. check it out !

Normal only what, nothing special leh.

But it had a very cool name, it is called Petronas Quay.

The place is so beautiful with all the vessels park at the marina and background full of lush jungles. Eventually, I took more then 50 photos of this place alone.

Time is running short guys, we need to continue our journey.

We reach the Oriental Village, it is the place where we r going to board the cable car and head straight up to the hanging bridge. Been waiting to see the hanging bridge for a very long time.

Can't wait to take the ride, just look at the height it can reach.

The weather is not doing quite well though, it is pretty cloudy and the wind is blowing, therefore they temporary haul the service. But when i approach the counter to purchase the tickets and guess what i saw.

I came all the way from 1 island to another island, just to visit this place and it fucking closed down for repair works. My luck just hit rock bottom and that just not the worst yet, it

started to rain.

We waited for the rain to stop and cursed, why we can't go to the hanging bridge. We were all very disappointed and decided to BOIKOT the cable car as well. But right after the rain stop, some of us manage to find this petting zoo and it is free to enter, YEAH !

After a while, it started to bored me out, so i started giving lectures about sex positions. This is me giving example to 13 other students and an old uncle about sex positions.

U need balls of steel to do this, so scare that the beast is going to back heel me in the sack !

Next Stop Crocodile Farm.
"Same old shit, just different Time". Still very much the same compare to the last time i was here.

20 ft long and weighs a tonne.

Feeding Frenzy

The crocodile farm was pretty boring and seriously a waste of my vacation funds. But our next stop is the best place i been in Langkawi. It is it is very secluded and very hard to reach, it is located at Datai Bay and the name is The Andaman Resort.

Just look at their Lobby Hall. It is so grand, it is going to cost a leg or a hand to stay here.

Fuck ! I am rite.

But this is what u r paying for,

Water pool that is seamlessly laced within the rain forest.

The swimming pool that is just out of this world.

The private beach with sand that are so soft and silky.

But with my current condition like this,

FUCK ! Empty wallet.

I can't afford to bring Kimkim here. So we took the opportunity to take as many pics as possible, just to bluff our friends that we stayed at this resort.

After having much fun and fantasizing that we r loaded enough to stay here, we continue our journey to Tanjung Rhu Beach.

Tanjung Rhu Beach

When we were there, there is a small sand island located 20m away from the shore. It is very clean and the island will only surface during low tide. I manage to walk thru the small stream and landed myself on the small island alone.

I was like a small boy, walking around the island and searching for interesting things. I manage to find, crabs, hermit crabs, shellfish, starfish, jellyfish and corals all on the small island.

Time fly by and it is dinner time already ! With last night dinner trauma still clear in our mind, we decided to have a seafood feast in Kuah Town at this place called

Since when Kauboi eat seafood ?

We ordered altogether 9 dishes, 2 fishes, "Kam Heong" mussels, deep fried squid, claypot taufu, prawn, mantis shrimp, chicken and vege.

Only get to take pics of 4 dishes because if i continue to take pics of the food, none of it will be left for me ! The whole dinner only cost us RM280, great food and dirt cheap price. Highly recommended.

After dinner we head back to our hotel rooms to call it a day, but where got ppl sleep so early in Langkawi without doing this !
